Overview
Enki IQ includes Practice, a voice-based rehearsal surface where a rep runs a simulated sales conversation against an AI persona built from real research on one of their own contacts. This article covers how Practice works today, how to get value from it as a coach, and what is not yet available.
How Practice sessions work
A Practice session targets a specific contact in your book. Enki IQ generates the persona from the research already saved on that contact, so the objections, priorities and tone reflect the real buyer rather than a generic script. Voice for these sessions is powered by ElevenLabs.
Only contacts that have been researched can be used as a persona target. If a contact is not selectable in the pract
What is not available yet
Enki IQ does not currently offer live call transcription, a live Zoom call workspace, or automated scoring of recorded customer calls. A Zoom Meeting Room experience is on the roadmap and is not generally available; this article will be updated when it ships. Do not plan a coaching programme around live-call analytics today.
Measuring progress today
Because there is no automated call scoring yet, measure improvement with what the platform does give you: the volume and depth of research a rep has behind each Tier 1 account, whether Foresight theses are being converted into opportunities, and MEDDPIC coverage on open opportunities in the pipeline. Those are observable, per-rep, and directly tied to revenue outcomes.
Plans
Professional is $149 per user/month, with 21% off annual billing. Enterprise is Talk to Sales and adds custom seat counts, role-based admin controls, SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM, and dedicated implementation and training. Enki IQ does not offer refunds on any plan.

Getting value as a coach
- Pick personas that match the deals your reps are actually working, not hypothetical buyers.
- Rehearse a specific moment - the discovery opener, a pricing objection, a multi-threading ask - rather than a whole call.
- Pair rehearsal with the account research and Foresight thesis for that account so the rep practises the real narrative.
- Repeat the same scenario after coaching so improvement is visible.
